凯德将管理豪利控股在柬埔寨的商场,新加坡开发商看好柬埔寨经济潜力

凯德集团旗下的凯德商用(CapitaLand Retail)与豪利世桥集团（Oxley Worldbridge）签署了合作协议。凯德将负责管理后者在柬埔寨首都金边的一个商场。该商场是由豪利世桥集团（新加坡上市公司豪利控股与本地世桥置地的联合企业）在金边开发的综合项目The Peak的一部分。凯德将负责该商场的规划，开业筹备和零售管理。该商场共含5层楼，总面积42万平方英尺。
凯德商用的首席执行官陈伟渊先生很看好柬埔寨的经济潜力，并表示他们完全有能力最大限度地发挥The Peak的零售潜力。陈先生说，“近年来，柬埔寨吸引了包括新加坡公司在内的许多国际零售商的目光。因为他们发现柬埔寨日益增长的消费能力和旅游人数，可以让他们从中挖掘到利益。而这些因素致使该国对于地理位置良好，设计精良的零售空间的需求增多”。
过去五年，柬埔寨经济的平均增长为7％。这主要归功于大量的外资流入，以及旅游业的增长。金边，西港，暹粒是柬埔寨发展最快的城市。
陈先生还补充道，“鉴于The Peak在金边市中心的战略位置和高档建筑规格，它可以很好地满足作为优质零售空间的标准。我们将利用凯德在零售资产管理领域的专业知识和17,000家行业领先的零售商网络，以最大限度发挥The Peak的零售潜力。”
凯德集团是亚洲知名的大型房地产集团，总部设在新加坡。除了柬埔寨，凯德商用还在亚洲其他城市经营商场，购物中心包括：中国，新加坡，日本，马来西亚，越南和印度。
值得一提的是，The Peak是一个55层楼高的商住综合项目，包括两座住宅大楼和一座商业摩天大楼。并网罗多家知名国际连锁品牌入驻，包括香格里拉大酒店。住宅大楼共有1014个单位。The Peak项目，傲居首都金边湄公河河畔的优越地段，极具投资价值。预计于2020年投入运营。
凯德集团旗下的雅诗阁有限公司（Ascott）在柬埔寨管理酒店式公寓项目——钻石云庭（CASA Meridian）。而接下来，雅诗阁还将管理柬埔寨另外的两个项目，即金边盛捷诺罗敦服务公寓，和金边盛捷Meridian Square服务公寓。这两个项目也分别于今年和明年投入运营。
